Appendix - Director and Scribe Installations
When using DataGrabber or MediaGrabber on the same unit as Director or Scribe, please ensure
that spindle select is turned off and Director or Scribe is rebooted. If the Spindle Select is not
turned off using the following procedure, the software will display an error and the batch will fail.
Director
Turn off the Spindle Select by deselecting the “Separate CD/DVD Spindles” option in Director,
then click Apply in the bottom right of the screenshot below and reboot the computer.
Scribe
Turn off the Spindle Select option in Scribe then click OK and reboot the computer.
